I wish, but to far away, but my thoughts will be there. ;) What an opportunity though for 20 lucky people. To be in a movie with Summer, what a dream come true. Awesome! :D
Perhaps some day I will her, if she comes to the east coast.

  10. Brian_R says:

[Edit] My previous note, that should read: “Perhaps some day I will ‘meet’ her, if she comes to the east coast.

ahh if only :-( all the way in England :-( but the people who get to do this are so lucky say hi to Summer for us lol

  12. Ban_D says:

Too bad – i’m way too far from the location.
It would be cool to participate in a movie – especially in one where Summer takes a role too!
Anyway, for those who lives near enough – good luck!
    err – break a leg! :-D

Why a lot of patience Cristelle???

  14. admin says:

    @ Sara:
Well I’ve done that a couple times and as interesting as it is, it can also be very boring at times. Especially on big and complicate scenes, where they have to do the scene over and over and over again. Imagine 6am in the morning – cold winter – and you’re asked to walk back and forth on a bridge for over an hour…
There’s also a lot of waiting in between takes. Or sometimes you have to wait for the rain to stop and such.

So yeah just beware that it’s not always fun to be an extra. I still enjoy it a lot, because you get to see how the magic works and you meet some new people and learn a lot of things :)

Isn’t this already too late? The Craiglist post from which the info is taken has expired. I don’t think they are still looking.

  17. Tony says:

I would do it for free too if I lived somewhere near there. Unfortunately I’m a earopean.

  18. hutzus says:

@ theVIC my words exactly :)

  19. hutzus says:

@ Dapper Dan Man where you from? (Cause I know someone who uses the same nickname on other sites)

  20. formytots0128 says:

What a great idea, Cristelle. :) Thanks for sharing your experience. I too have been an extra on a dance movie a long, long time ago. It definitely takes a lot of patience but its well worth it. That certainly brought back a lot of good memories. :)

  21. Dapper Dan Man says:

    @hutzus

I use this nick only here. I’m curious, what other websites are you talking about?

  22. Charlie Bassford says:

DAM I WISH I LIVED CLOSER I WOULD PAY TO DO THAT. NOT BE PAID FOR DOING IT.
