I've contacted Sean Harry per mail to ask a few questions about T3 Starfury and he confirmed me Summer and Thomas should be present all three days. Just mentioning because Summer-Glau.net's main page mentions only the 24 (all day).
He also confirmed about the meet and greet. He said it was an "opportunity to have greater interaction with [guests]."
I wonder if we could approach Summer & talk freely with her at this occasion. I have a number in my head, there might be ~150 gold cards holders?

I think I'll ask him about the start and end hours, as they are not mentioned on their site.
I assume it begins Friday at some time in the afternoon.

I also assume that the schedule will be issued later, maybe only a couple of months before the convention.

If you check it, you can see that the event is marked from Friday to Sunday. Friday is only the start.

The con usually starts at 7 p.m on Friday with the opening ceremony and after that the meet and greet for the gold ticket members.

On the meet and greet there are tables for ~10 persons and each attendee comes to the table for a few minutes and you can talk to him. After a few minutes they switch tables. Normally you can talk freely but of course there is also a personal assistant for each guest, but I have never seen someone interfere a question, so yeah its pretty much free.

Normally you get a schedule for the photo ops and autograph sessions with the ticket.
At the con you will get also a program book with all details together with your ticket.

Thank you for the information, Norman. It'll help me. I'm 99.99% decided to go the convention, despite the risk to see Summer cancelling. Sean told me that Summer had been booked 6 times for his conventions and cancelled only once. Since I subscribed (Feb. 14th, 2010), I heard about her cancelling an apparition only once, while she attended many of them since then. It also shows the interest Summer has in the conventions.
Gold tickets definitely. The advantages it grants its holder largely worths the price difference (£90 normal vs. £150 gold).
Sean also told me that if Summer cancels, they would probably invite Shirley Manson or BAG.

Okay, I see more clearly how it goes. Undeniably a special moment to share with the guests. For Thomas, it's okay, but I guess I'll have to inquire myself about the other guests I don't know. There are probably nice too.

Get it. By "freely", I didn't mean to ask her any question, I have too much respect for her to ask any question, I was rather thinking about having a short interactive conversation with her.

I've just booked my gold ticket to T3.
If Summer does not cancel, I will have the chance to meet her in person. :D

Norman, the Starfury organisators tell me I'll receive my ticket only about one month prior to the event. Is that standard from your experience?

Some people already got their tickets, along with a small description. But I guess it depends on the date of booking. On the last cons, I got my ticket quite early. Its not really a ticket just a small card with number and your name on it. Your get your real ticket at the con itself.

Maybe they send their (pre)tickets in waves and the last wave was a few weeks ago and the next one is close to the convention date, but you should ask them again and mention that some people already got theirs. I think thats the best way to make sure that everything is alright.

Actually, I didn't need. I received my card just today, maybe I didn't fully understand what the guy told me by phone. :? Maybe he decided to send it to me just afterwards anyway, the sending is from the day I called.
Now only God can prevent me from meeting Summer in person. but God is good, so he will allow me to meet one of the two Angels I had the chance to learn about in 2010.
I've been definitely spoilt with divine surprises in relation to this site by the end of this year.

I haven't been here in a very long time. I hope everyone is ok.

I have booked my gold ticket for T3 and looking forward to seeing a certain Miss Glau again. I am also looking forward to seeing those from this forum who I met a couple years ago at T1 and any new faces who are attending this year.
