Thank you Kara! Yes, Paris is a beautiful city and even if a often go there, I still marvel at the wonders we have. If you come someday, I could tell you about some places.

Hi Nyrki I guess I didn't word my last message very well because I have been to Paris three times and loved it like no where else I've ever been . I love to meet you and my parents and I haven't organized our next overseas trip yet but there is a chance we could tour Europe again June/July '11 . Plus don't worry I can speak French fairly well and it would be great to see Paris through the eyes of a local . KZE

Sorry Kara, you worded your message perfectly.
I didn't word mine properly. I should have said "If you come again, ..."
It's nice you can speak French. It'll help you a lot in Paris. I know because I have part of my family living in the US and it's easier when they come and visit us than other American visitors.
You Canadians are amazing people. I loved it there. Beside Summer, it seems we have another Supergirl on the forum! :)

Hi Nyrki Thank you for kind words about my fellow Canadians I'm glad we have made such good impression on you . My experience of French people are that you are a warm and friendly people and really know how to live life . I've been speaking French since I was eight and unlike a lot of my fellow Canadian's I love speaking French it such a beautiful language . I know when I go to Montreal I always speak French the whole time I'm their and it's a nice change from speaking english which I find is dull language by comparison . Also thanks for head and legs expression that is my new nickname which is a change from Supergirl and action barbie although I should add my friends have a slight veration which is head , legs and boobs my friends are so classy . Thank you also for the Supergirl complement , speaking of which I'll end with a Supergirl story . When in Paris the first time we visited my parents and I where on the top floor of the Eiffel tower and I had my dad hold me up on the railing and I did my best Supergirl pose and Mum took my picture I was 12 at time and believe it or not we did it again when I was 15 and 18 sad I know . KZE PS I forgot to mention I answered your question about Toronto in the introducing myself part of the forum .

Hello Kara. Even if France is the world's most preferred tourist destination, we are not as welcoming as I would like. So I'm glad you had a good experience in that matter. I'm glad that you learnt French and seize any occasion to practise, you have Québec nearby. Of course, I'm in the opposite situation, I have England not far away and have many opportunities in my job. I find the English language useful of course (I sometimes travel and knowing English is a key to facilitate things), but also I find that it is deeper and subtler as I thought. Reading TSCC fanfics for the past few months confirmed it.
Did you learn French as first foreign language at school?
I'm glad I brought you a new nickname that you appreciate. I burst out laughing at the "subtle" variation your friends brought. It seems you have enough humor to laugh at the joke.
Very nice story about the Eiffel tower. I absolutely don't find it sad that you did it again at 18. I like the idea that our passions survive when we become adult, keeping our child's soul.
By the way, in order to survive Paris' huge traffic jams, I also have a motorbike. I have a Honda CB 1300S. I hope you drive carefully with your own.
Thank you for telling me about Toronto. I feel like visiting there someday.

Je te souhaite un très bon week-end (nos amis Québecquois diraient "bonne fin de semaine") et de reprendre des forces avant d'affronter la nouvelle semaine. Quel temps fait-il à Toronto?

French is mandatory in Canadian schools until you finish Grade 9.

grade 8 or eight years old?. If eight years old then it really puts you at an advantage.
