Such a nice poster, and what a disappointment on receiving damaged goods. What a shame, I hope "as others have stated" that the situation resolves to your benefit.

That's shocking, I have never seen a poster so poorly packaged. It should have been rolled and sent in a strong cardboard tube. When you ask for a replacement demand that or get your money back.

Been working all day, getting around to just putting in direct links to the photos from photobucket. Didn't think it would be a problem using img tags from photobucket, my bad. :oops:

To the rest of you, I appreciate the sympathy. I went on to eBay last night though and came across another poster, rare, double sided but I read up on their shipping and they say it will come in a .125 thick chipboard mailing tube.

And also he poster will be put in a 2/1/2in. 2mil poly tubing before being put in the tube and both ends of the tube will be padded with bubble wrap to ensure safe shipping.

I also paid an extra $1.50 for insurance this time. Still waiting to hear back from the original seller though about getting a refund. Hopefully this new purchase will be much more satisfactory.

I just got off the phone with the store where I bought the poster. They said to take it to the post office and have it marked return to sender and they are going to give me a full refund so all is well.

My new one should be here around the 24th! Can't wait! And my wall mosaic poster should be here around the same time too, can't wait to see what that looks like when I get it all laid out.

Oh don't worry, I will be sure to do that! I really enjoy seeing what other people have collected of Summer's so I feel like I have to do the same and share with all of you as well. :lol:
