One thing I forgot to mention was to build or find a bomb shelter. I'm sure Cameron would know where the nukes would fall so she could suggest the best place to stay when it does happen, well away from the blast radius. I'd teach her to be more human too, she is quick to pick things up so it shouldn't be too difficult. It would also help in blending into the community, we'd probably have to be a couple as it might seem odd that a brother and sister lived together in their 20's.

Anyone thinking that she is just a doll for their amusement really doesn't understand a thing. Yes, you might have urges but if you can't control them, the human race isn't worth saving. She may be a machine but you have to respect her none the less. Looking at how TSCC season 2 ended, co-existance and co-operation between humans and machines is probably the best way at ending the war. If I am to be the leader of the resistance then I have to lead by example.

Well, I love Cameron I really do, not because she is formidable but because she is vulnerable.
She tries so hard to fit in and all the time is faced with prejudice from the Connor family and others. There’s that part in Alpine Fields where she gets thrown through the window and lands unconscious on the floor; one of the people she is trying to protect asks “can’t you turn it back on?” and then in Born to Run when she breaks Sarah out of the LA jail, getting severely damaged in the process (I hate that part) all Sarah says is “You look like Hell, can you keep up?” some gratitude.

All Cameron has ever wanted in exchange for saving their lives is for someone to put their arm around her and call her a friend.

I was thinking the same thing. All the Connors ever think of her is that she's just a mere tool for them to use to fight Skynet (except for John of course). Sarah was a bit nicer to her in the first season, but her reversion change all that. That's why I prefer Season 1 than Season 2, I can't stand to see Cameron being treated that badly by the Connors.

I agree however Season 2 also has it`s moments (quite of them actually)

Does Cameron care if she gets appreciated? Does she care about anything other than fulfilling the mission, at all? I didn't see enough of an indication in the show to say whether she did or not. There were a few small hints of annoyance or distain at the way she was being treated .. but they were extremely subtle so it's hard to say. It seems like it was left up to us to see what we wanted to see in her.
