Do YOU have a facebook?

Well i didn`t mean that all who use facebook or such sites are liars.There is actually nothing bad in such sites it really helps to keep contact with your friends all over the country or even the world.For example if it wasn`t for skype i would have already lost contacts with half of my friends.(I`m even going to make a facebook profile ,but not right now)
We are refering to the sharing of to much personal information.
And as dr.Haus says everyone lies,I mean no offense guys but it`s really true everyone does.Of course there is a difference between lie and a lie.
I myself love the Japan culture so I`m kind of trying to fallow the so called samurai code,which represents the lie as something shameful and disgraceful and some of my friends,just like it`s by yours ,find that odd but that is just my choice

I know what you mean. Sometimes we gotta lie even for not having trouble with some ppl we like, for example... :roll:

If you have to lie to someone you like it means that there is something wrong behind. :roll:

At least if for lie you intend "not tell something" and not "not tell the truth". :?:

In that case is quite different: for example if you know something that you know could hurt one friend of yours, probably you prefer not to tell him/her that thing (even if maybe he/she wants to know... who knows?) to try to "protect" him/her.

If you change the truth of facts to someone you like.... sorry but you have choose the wrong person...

However i disagree a little with that part ,not telling is the same a lying and sometimes even worse ,because sooner or later it all comes to light and then it get`s even worse
.People say that a lie is often used to protect someone,but I thinks that that you just can`t protect someone by lying to him,you just prolong the inevitable (do i sound like T-800 or what.. :lol:

I don't believe it's her. If she was to get on Facebook, she would probably have someone else maintaining it. Plus, she wouldn't post a photo that appeared in a magazine.

I agree, there are pages of "Summer Glau, Summer L. Glau" on Facebook, when doing a search. Since you can now use "Aliases" on FB anyone can can use " a name" as an alias thus you "really" need to know who your asking to be a "friend". Like have a "code" or something. ie: "Summer (tin miss) Glau", simplistic, but you get the idea.

If she uses any "social networking" I'm sure only her family and "real" close friends know the programs and login. I doubt she would have the time, but one or both of her sisters or mother on the other hand may "monitor" the social networking scene. This #1 Summer Glau Fansite in the World, included.

My guess is Summer/family/real friends use Cell and Blackberry almost exclusively. If you're a celebrity would you have time to "read" and "text" :?:
