It's more about the people who live here than the place itself, too posh for my taste.
Further you can't do anything, there are cops at every corner, and since last year they've started using the military to watch the streets. I'm wondering how long it takes them to put on tank patrols.

I live in central Canada, Winnipeg to be exact. It's a somewhat small capital city of the province in a somewhat slumped region. It has the most erratic weather. It can go from -30 one day to +30 the next. I remember it even snowing in June a while ago =/
