I don't think there's much to spoil seeing as how she was a background character.

That said, I enjoyed her minimal role. She looked good, and she did well emoting (laughing in the cafeteria). It's just a shame that Grey's decided not to use her to her full potential. What are you gonna do?

Norman is right, without blowing up or enhancing it does look like Glau on the ID Badge.

Maybe it was just a mistake. I guess thinks like that happen quite often.
A great source for mistakes is also translation. For example, in Battlestar Galactica there is one scene where they say something like "The backdoor is open" and in the german version they made "The baking oven is open".

i watched the two episodes with Summer in them recently. they were enjoyable though they didn't use her to full potential. i guess they were just testing her out or something?
