I remember josh saying on a comentary to the episode where they'd "killed chromartie" that it was ORIGINALLY gonna be Danny dyson who went to Mexico with John NOT Riley Dawson. see if they'd've done without riley and jesse we'd be watching and discussing season 3 right now that and why could'nt they have just went after project babylon in the 1st place insted of all this needless crap?

The movies are set in LA so the show was set in LA but LA is a very expensive place to shoot despite all the tax incentives that governor Schwarzenegger has given Hollywood.

Also, the show used a lot of practical effects, explosions, car crashes, fights, etc., which are very expensive.

just watched alison from palmdale with commentry wow so great to hear Summer's thoughts on her characters she puts so much thought in its no wonder her performances are so moving and memorable, i love that episode so much she worked so hard and deserves all the recognition there is.
