There is not really a deadline. For now it doesn't make any sense to set one up because we have only 2 entries. I don't know how much we need but we need definitely more.

That's disappointing. Summer would probably get a kick out of this. Would it be a good idea to maybe post a reminder on the main page after SDCC in case people have forgotten or in case they don't venture into the forum that often? Or if not the main page, maybe on Facebook and Twitter. Just a short message to remind people and let them know specifically what the idea is. Right now we have 15 pages of discussion, and people might not want to sift through that.

Edit: Didn't we have a page on the site last year for the cookbook? I remember it went over what we were doing, and it had a link to download the templates, as well as a list of all the submitted recipes. Is something like that possible?

That's a good idea. Could you edit the original post to include a brief summary of what we're doing and also include the attachments for the pages and the submitted plants? That way it's all collected in one post and people don't have to scroll through to find the attachments or anything else they need.

Sorry to be so late. Just got a new job and have been occupied, but am working on pages for 3 plants (hopefully more) - all small vegetables in pots. I will have these completed and sent to Norman by Thursday or Friday.

Hi everyone,
Since the completion of this project appears to be somewhat overdue, should we consider holding off this project and using this idea for next year? Or could we simply shift the deadline and make it a Christmas present instead for example?

Any thoughts anyone?

I was also curious about the status of this. Giving it to her for Christmas might not be a bad idea. Giving her a birthday present in September or October when her birthday's in July might be a little weird.
