There exists maybe a legal way to watch the episode online on the fox website even if you live outside the USA. Just type the words "hotspot shield" in google.

I usually end up downloading episodes as well (don't have a lot of free time on Mondays), but I make sure I've got my tv on the right channel, just so that I can contribute to the ratings.
