Well... to be precise her previously official webmaster has told that she hasn't any web space or account on social network.

I think that Twitter could be a good and quite simple way to stay in touch with her fans with very little efford (for example I'm following Nathan Fillion that's a very funny guy and Josh Friedman that I think is a little bit insane ).

And there is a nice petite feature "block" to stop unwanted followers.

However if Summer decided for whatever reason not to use any of those site obviously I respect her decision.

Why?

Probably because I'm a fresh twitter user (I created my account more or less two weeks ago) at the moment I don't see any bad aspect of it, maybe I'm wrong?

If she wanted to twitter, it would be her decision and i would be ok with that.
But when she is not acting or on a premiere etc. its her private time and that belongs just to her so i thing its ok that she has no twitter, right?

I just cannot understand the point of this whole social network movement.. I mean, after filling out your profile, what is one to do ? then what ? what prompts people to sign up these sites ?
I used to have a neglected my space page, because my friends talked me into that, but I still don't understand what the point is ....

To be spied ? To leave traces of yourself everywhere ?

Be careful with the informations of yourself you give on the internet.

No offence, but it sounds a little bit paranoid...

I mean, I know that what I'll publish on internet become available to the world, but you have simple to think a little before posting something.

If someone surfing the web founds that I've bought a particular DVD or watched a video or had a trip in a particular country it doesn't matter to me. Of course as I told before, you simple have to think about the things you want to share.

My 2 cents, obviously.
