Aqualize and Copper ideas are good. It goes in the direction of a bit of theme for our presentation.
I experienced the same thing as Aqualize concerning the image you posted, Copper. Didn't appear at first, open the image from its URL and then it appears on the forum. Strange!

I would also suggest, if we can, kind of world map at the biginning or end of the booklet so that she can locate all fans that participate in one glimpse.

As far as I know, a world map was planned for the first page of the book.

I start a new vote between A4 and A5 over this weekend.
After that, it would be nice if everyone who definitely will take part in this, will write his name in a post here and the next one adds his name. So that we have at the end a list of all members who want to participate. Then we can decide how many pages everyone can create.
