It cant be lost, it crossed Russia corner, then send to Japan, letter just wait till moment when okami move ass on and ask something in hims country post office.

авиа means "air transport" method call "registered letter" go to hands of reciever.
i think that till 9th june it was in precessing, since 9th it start to move to the Russia corner...

any way it crossed Russia corner right? The letter in the Japan.
