Images size in signatures now is limited to 300 by 150 pixels.

That's probably why it ain't working for you...

Shoutbox really get a lot of spam and I spend already a lot of time cleaning the forum/comments.

Hum great ideas but hard to manage. And having the card sent out all over the world might be a total nightmare to organize, plus it risks getting lost or badly damaged on the way. And yeah postal cost would be very high!!! If I may suggest anoter idea that I've seen working. It's to collect birthday...
